We want every delivery from Iconic Candy to be as sweet as your favorite throwback treat. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and returns:
Shipping Info
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak times, it may take a little longer (but we promise it's worth the wait).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $70 ship FREE within the U.S.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient method for your location.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your goodies every step of the way.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship to international destinations.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on candy products.
Damaged or incorrect orders?
We’ve got your back. If something isn’t right, email us at contact@iconiccandy.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, description of the issue and photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Refunds will not be granted for:

Customer error in ordering (wrong product, address, etc.)

Dislike of taste or texture (preferences vary!)

Delays caused by the shipping carrier after leaving our facility

Melted candy due to weather conditions during transit (we recommend selecting expedited shipping in warmer months)
Missing Packages
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

Double-check your delivery address.

Look around your property or check with neighbors.
